The course (May-July 2019) aims at the acquisition of fundamental notions on the religious aspects and socio-cultural dynamics that contradidi- stinguish the population of Islamic faith in Italy and the most widespread needs.<\/p>\n

The main objective is the analysis of the interactions between socio- demographic characteristics, religiously based needs and access to social welfare services. A basic introduction to Islam will allow for a consideration of the main features of the religion – religious belief and practice, the sacred text, the Sunna, the five pillars and their functions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La discussione degli stereotipi pi\u00f9 diffusi consentir\u00e0 di decostruire i pregiudizi e chiarire gli aspetti meno noti, fornendo una corretta informazione sulla religione islamica e il suo rapporto con il genere, la violenza, il fondamentalismo, l\u2019integra- lismo e la radicalizzazione, le forme di organizzazione religiosa in Italia, il rap- porto tra luoghi di culto e assistenza spirituale e sociale (mediazione famigliare, educazione, povert\u00e0 e abitare).<\/p>\n

L\u2019analisi dell\u2019emersione dell\u2019islam in Italia, delle forme di insediamento e di orga- nizzazione socio-religiosa sar\u00e0 condotta alla luce dei processi migratori e demogra- fici, cos\u00ec da fornire gli strumenti essenziali per un inquadramento della religione nella societ\u00e0 italiana contemporanea. Dalla conoscenza dei principi fondamentali si passer\u00e0, cos\u00ec, all\u2019acquisizione di saperi e competenze sugli effetti della religione nei rapporti sociali e nella vita quotidiana del credente. Un focus sulla dicotomia halal\/haram e il tema della purezza permetter\u00e0 di considerare criticamente le di- mensioni pi\u00f9 pragmatiche della condotta di vita islamica e le ricadute concrete sui bisogni individuali e famigliari, dalle esigenze alimentari alla farmacologia halal, dalla cura della salute a quella della persona, tra infanzia, et\u00e0 adulta e anzianit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
